ICSharpCode.SharpDevelop.Sda Updated to NUnit 2.2.8. Commented out SharpDevelop tests that no longer compile. Removed all occurrences of %3B from project files. Added a probing binary path to SharpDevelop's app.config pointing to the location of the NUnit assemblies.
