Andrea Paatz 6b19da7176 added some Token position tests and refactored the c# Lexer. Want to put all line and col management in the AbstractLexer. BV Lexer needs to be updated to use the new ReaderRead and ReaderPeek functions. line and col should be private and Line and Col readonly.
