Daniel Grunwald 65860bf555 UDC: use system time only on startup and then work with timespans relative to that. This ensures we don't collect confusing data if the system time changes while SharpDevelop is running.

Martin Koníček a5fa3e193b CodeCompletion shows only imported types. Shows all available types on Ctrl+Space press. After using it for a few days, I found that always showing all types can be confusing, like always showing all extension methods. Now both types and extension methods need Ctrl+Space.
