Issue #3275 reported an ArgumentOutOfRangeException in ExpressionBuilder.ConstructTuple for exactly this shape; the crash was fixed by the nested-deconstruction rework, but no fixture pinned the record-struct variant, whose Deconstruct methods are compiler-generated.
