Siegfried Pammer	7a4dd35406	Fix the installer icon path and regenerate the VSIX/MSI file lists create-filelists.ps1 filtered to bin\Debug with `-contains` (collection membership, always false for a substring test), so it skipped every artifact; drop the broken filter.
