Siegfried Pammer	35db05ea15	Add the theme picker to the Display options panel The previous version let you pick the theme from a dropdown on the Display options page; the Avalonia port only exposed theme switching via the menu. Bind a ComboBox to SessionSettings.Theme -- the same property the menu's SetThemeCommand sets and ThemeManager applies live -- so the page switches the theme too, and resetting Display defaults restores the default theme. Siegfried Pammer	5f89a84fbc	Switch the live assembly list from Manage Assembly Lists Selecting a list in the dialog only set SessionSettings.ActiveAssemblyList directly, which merely persists the choice for the next launch — it never reloaded the tree, so the active list appeared unchanged. Route selection through AssemblyTreeModel.ActiveListName instead, whose setter reloads the list (OnActiveListNameChanged -> ShowAssemblyList) and persists the choice. The previous version let you pick the theme from a dropdown on the Display
options page; the Avalonia port only exposed theme switching via the menu.
Bind a ComboBox to SessionSettings.Theme -- the same property the menu's
SetThemeCommand sets and ThemeManager applies live -- so the page switches

Selecting a list in the dialog only set SessionSettings.ActiveAssemblyList
