Lets non-decompile-protocol EntityReference hyperlinks route through plug-in resolvers instead of always falling into FindTreeNode. The dispatcher in DockWorkspace.OnNavigateRequested checks `entity.Protocol != "decompile"`, walks every IProtocolHandler MEF export, and lands the user on the first non-null tree node returned.
