alexander.corrado	5d599a4494	New C++ type abstraction, CppType. Will parse C++ type declaration strings, map managed -> C++ type, and canonicalize different declarations that equate to the same type. New C++ type abstraction, CppType. Will parse C++ type declaration strings,

map managed -> C++ type, and canonicalize different declarations that equate
